Çiğdem Aky’s second solo exhibition at Dirimart, Santosha, opened at Dirimart Pera on 8 January.

Çiğdem Aky is among the participating artists in the 15th edition of the OSTRALE Biennale O25, taking place from 7 June to 5 October 2025, at the robotron-Kantine in Dresden, as well as at additional venues throughout the city.

Çiğdem Aky’s solo exhibition titled Im Schatten der Bäume is on display at Kunstmuseum Reutlingen through July 7–November 23. The artist’s idiosyncratic, powerful, gestural paintings essentially rest upon the elements of depth, structure and hue.

Dirimart participates in the 18th edition of Contemporary Istanbul, taking place between 28 September and 1 October 2023 at Tersane Istanbul, Golden Horn.

Çiğdem Aky's Light Breeze, included in the museum collection, is on view in the group exhibition Pretty Accurate at Kunstmuseum Heidenheim in November 19, 2022–February 26, 2023.
