Ebru Duruman (b. 1992) graduated from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2015 with a degree in Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelors of Architecture (BArch). She completed her education at The Art Students League of NY, New York in 2019. Duruman worked for several years at the renowned Pei Cobb Freed & Partners before turning to painting full-time. Her solo exhibitions include Fluid Desire, Dirimart Pera, Istanbul (2023) and Breasts and Breaths, Bloom Galerie, Switzerland (2022). Among her group exhibitions are Fever Dreams, Victoria Miro Gallery, Vortic (Online) (2022); Water is Not for Sale, Bloom Galerie, St Tropez (2022); Golden Hour, Bloom Galerie, St Tropez (2022) and Interlude, EAA Studios, New York (2020). Duruman currently lives and works in Geneva.
