The Octopus and the Fur, 2024
The Octopus and the Fur (2024), İnci Eviner’s artwork with ink and silkscreen on paper, will be featured in Touch Nature, running from 3 to 30 October 2024 at the Austrian Cultural Forum Istanbul. Curated by Dr Sabine Fellner, the exhibition focuses on art and ecology, exploring the ecological crisis and the relationship between humans and nature. Bringing together contemporary artists from Austria and other countries, the exhibition aims to promote a more mindful and sustainable approach to the environment. After traveling to different Austrian Cultural Forums, the series will culminate at the Lentos Art Museum in Linz, Austria, which opens on 30 January 2025, and runs until 18 May 2025.
