Ghada Amer participates in Copistes, an exhibition hosted by the Centre Pompidou-Metz in a special partnership with the Musée du Louvre from 14 June 2025 to 2 February 2026. The exhibition features new interpretations of masterpieces from the Louvre’s collection by several artists. For this project, Ghada Amer honours one of her favourite artists, Ingres, with a feminist reinterpretation of his painting La Grande Odalisque.
