Jorinde Voigt at Spațiul de Artă Contemporană /SAC

Jorinde Voigt is featured in The Thin Thread Line, an exhibition curated by Alex Radu and Thomas Zitzwitz at /SAC Berthelot, Bucharest. The exhibition explores the fragile boundaries between individual and society, art and propaganda, vulnerability and resistance within today’s climate of uncertainty. Referencing Terrence Malick’s The Thin Red Line, the title evokes the subtle, often invisible borders that shape identity, mark divisions, and define collective spaces, while also alluding to the psychological and political tensions imposed by authoritarian structures. The exhibition investigates how artistic production engages with these boundaries, either as an act of resistance or a search for renewed meaning. The exhibition can be visited until 16 August 2025.
