Jorinde Voigt participates in I AM NOT MY BODY, a group exhibition at Künstlerhaus Dortmund, Germany. Curated by Adriane Wachholz, the exhibition explores the fundamental question of what animates a human being beyond the physical body. Through various artistic approaches, it examines the invisible forces, energies, and perceptions that shape an artwork. In her practice, Voigt investigates the inner processes of perception in relation to emotions, imagination, memory, and sensory experience. Her work evolves through an analytical yet conceptual approach, expanding beyond drawing to incorporate painting, collage, sculpture, and even music. I AM NOT MY BODY runs from 8 February to 16 March 2025.
