Shirin Neshat is featured in Traces of Reality, a group exhibition that opened to the public at Lentos Kunstmuseum Linz on 29 May. Bringing together photographic works from different historical periods drawn from the collections of the City of Linz Museums, the exhibition explores the fundamental conditions of photography as a medium and, across five key themes, examines the essential parameters involved in the creation of the photographic image, offering insights into the ways in which photography both shapes and reflects reality. Curated by Sarah Jonas, Traces of Reality remains on view until 16 August.
