Dirimart in Alaçatı

The summer exhibition programme organised by the Izmir-based independent art platform L+S Contemporary, with the support of Dirimart and hosted by Nonna Private (Port Alaçatı, Çeşme), continues. Conceived as a meeting point where audiences from İzmir can encounter contemporary art in Alaçatı, the programme seeks to position the town not only as a holiday destination but also as a place where contemporary art becomes part of everyday life. Running from 7 July to 13 September, the programme presents a series of solo exhibitions by artists from different generations and geographical contexts, including several represented by Dirimart. The August programme features exhibitions by Peter Zimmermann (28 July–9 August), Ebru Uygun (11–16 August), Çağla Ulusoy (18–23 August) and Ebru Duruman (25–30 August). Throughout the summer, the sculpture garden also presents works by Tony Cragg, Anselm Reyle and Jorinde Voigt.
