Karin Kneffel participates, in with her eight works, in the group exhibition Rivaling Reality: 60 Years of Photorealism, which opened to the public on 28 February at Museum Frieder Burda, Baden-Baden. Bringing together more than ninety works by over thirty artists associated with Photorealism - one of the most programmatic movements in figurative painting to emerge since the Second World War - the exhibition is drawn primarily from the Frieder Burda Collection and enriched by loans from around twenty international collections, including the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Rivaling Reality remains on view until 2 August 2026.
