Paintings that talk about the weather

“With so much to worry about these days, including the extremely alarming climate crisis, we can see that ‘small talk’ isn’t as innocent, absurd, and empty as we thought,” says painter and installation artist Canan Tolon. This sentence also gives us the conceptual framework of the exhibition “About the Weather” that the artist recently opened at Dirimart Dolapdere.
